Terms and Conditions

By registering or using Foozu Booking services, including the Google Table Booking integration, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

These Terms apply to the Foozu Booking platform and the Google Table Booking (Google Actions Center) integration, operated by Finnapps Oy (Business ID: 3148768-3, Vantaa, Finland). The platform enables restaurants to receive table reservations from Google Search and Google Maps.

2. Google Table Booking Integration

By opting in to the Google Table Booking feature, you agree to:

  • Allow Foozu Booking to receive and manage reservations made via Google Search and Google Maps on your behalf.
  • Maintain accurate availability, booking hours, and restaurant information in the Foozu admin panel.
  • Honor all reservations created through the Google booking flow.
  • Allow Foozu to share relevant booking and merchant data with Google as required for the integration.

3. Opt-in and Opt-out

Restaurants may opt in to the Google Table Booking feature at any time via the registration form. Opting in is voluntary. Restaurants may opt out at any time using the opt-out form. Opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days, after which your restaurant will no longer appear in Google’s booking flow.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

  • Keep booking hours and table availability up to date in the Foozu admin dashboard.
  • Notify Foozu of any temporary closures or capacity changes promptly.
  • Handle customer reservations professionally and in accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws.

5. Data Sharing with Google

As part of the Google Table Booking integration, Foozu shares certain restaurant and booking data with Google, including merchant details, availability slots, and reservation confirmations. No personal customer data is shared beyond what is required to fulfil a booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Foozu acts as a technical intermediary between restaurants and Google. We are not responsible for reservations that cannot be fulfilled due to inaccurate availability data provided by the restaurant, system outages outside our control, or changes in Google’s booking policies.

7. Changes to These Terms

Finnapps Oy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Foozu Booking after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
